含氟生物医药材料

含氟生物医药材料具有一些特殊的物理化学性质,在医药工业中有非常重要的应用。每年上市的新药中,大约有15-20%都是有机氟化合物。因药物中结合的氟原子进入生物体的代谢系统不易受到分解和代谢的屏蔽效果,又具有高电负性会产生极性效果,这些效果的组合增加了化合物的生理活性作用,从而促使药效显著增加。由于含氟有机化合物具有特异的生物活性和生物体适应性,含氟药物的疗效比一般药物均强好几倍。 世界上已商品化和正在开发的含氟医药有近百种。重山光电正全力打造含氟生物医药材料系列生产线,目前在建的产品生产线主要包括全氟萘烷、全氟辛烷、全氟三丙胺、全氟三丁胺、全氟溴辛烷等系列产品。
Fluorine-containing biomedical materials have some special physical and chemical properties and have very important applications in the pharmaceutical industry. About 15-20% of new drugs produced each year are organic fluoride. Because the fluorine atoms in the drug are not easily screened by decomposition and metabolism when they enter the organism, and the fluorine atoms have high electronegativity and good effects, which increases the physiological activity of the drugs, promotes the efficacy of the drugs. Due to the special biological activity and adaptability of fluorinated organic compounds, the curative effect of fluorinated drugs is several times stronger than that of general drugs. There are nearly 100 kinds of fluorine-containing medicines which have been commercialized and are being developed in the world. We are making efforts to build a series of fluorine-containing biomedical materials production lines. Currently, these product lines are being constructed, including perfluorodecalin, perfluorooctane, perfluorotripropylamine, perfluorotributylamine, perfluorooctyl bromide.
